<description>Following another E-Mail to the city council the rubbish was removed on Wednesday 17th July. Now sorted, but it should not take two E-Mails to deal with a matter like this.

<description>Well, its now been 4 weeks since this has been reported to the council and the rubbish has not been shifted and it looks an eyesore.

I have reported problems to Birmingham City Council before and they have been fixed relatively quickly, so I am amazed that it is taking them so long to sort this.

It makes you wonder what we pay council tax for.
