<description>Well with the help of the local councillor and the environmental health officer a soloution was trialed where the bins were taken to the front of premises on South Lambeth Road or rubbish is brought out just before collection. Is has worked incredibly well the lack of commercial bins mean that there is now very little fly tipping, It has really transformed the street and turned it back into a street that is a pleasure to live in. I can't describe how much of an improvement has occurred. The problem seemed so insolouble and had gone on for so long. Thankyou to the residents who got together to pressure the authorities and to the work of our councillor and the enivornmental health department of the council Hurrah
