<description>No sign of any police activity. One display board to show vehicles going downhill that they are exceeding the speed limit. Overall, an ineffective response thus far. Could do with a similar board for vehicles going up hill as they go just as fast up hill as down the hill. Plus police activity to deter and or catch. Still convoys of speeding cars that are also carrying out very dangerous overtaking.

<description>Something has been attached to a lampost to indicate to cars speeding down Swanshurst Lane that they are exceeding the speed limit. I haven't noticed that this single action has chnaged the speeding habits of those who wish to speed. Granted that when it's a bit busy, some motorists will slow down and will cause a general slowdown to following traffic.

So overall, no change to the problem. Does anyone know what these flashing boards are called, and whether thay capture any speeding information that could be made available?
