<description>To be fair, problem was reported some time ago and was being looked into by the  Council. The land, I now discover, is no-mans land and whilst KCC have removed the junk, the fence remains broken, the area overgrown and it is probably only a matter of time until more rubbish is deposited there. In all honesty, I don't think anything can be done and I appreciate the help that has been given.
