<description>Nothing has been done despite somebody from the council promising to get it sorted.Surely this isn't the sort of service we expect from the council, given the enormous sums of monies we pay in council tax.

<description>problem still not sorted, council rang and promised to find out who owns the house and get the owner to clear the rubbish. However up to this date nothing else has been done, the gentleman who rang seemed to think that if the owners refuse responsibilty then nothing else can be done to get them into action except to go to court-where proof may be required.i challenged the gentleman to ask owners for proof of the skip used when renovating the house- surely as long these guys can't prove what happened to their waste, that should be some form of evidence, not to mention evidence from the neighbours.

Awaiting to hear from the council.
