<description>This very same problem was reported 15 years ago to the canal company at the same time when all the large topstones had been pushed into the canal. Topstones cannot be retrieved and replaced because 'we don't have a winch long enough'. Don't hold your breath for any action, they would rather wait until fortunes need spending on rebuilding the wall.
