Having resurfaced the pavement in Park Avenue, which I feel was quite uneccessary, They have ignored West Avenue, so the situation is as it was when I first wrote to you. Gerald Serritt

West Avenue is a neglected street. Leaves have not been removed since the Autumn. We have Road Racing, and drug trafficing. All this, and no pavement to walk on and feel safe.
