<description>Phoned Council, they advised it was going to take probably at least 4 weeks.  Didn't want it left so long as didn't want to encourage others to add to it!Therefore, have had a go at removing it myself - used jif and a little methalated spirit. Seems to have worked pretty well, leaving original paintwork in-tact.
