<description>The problem still persists and the council seem to have taken no further action. Totally unsatisfactory.

<description>The council have put up signs to deter perpitrators and the problem is less than it was, however some people do not respond to signs. I have not seen a dog warden patroling and I think this would have been more of a deterant, especially if someone had been caught and presecuted.
