<description>The Lancashire highways department's answer to this problem is that as the back of Keighley Road is unadopted,
it is not their problem.
A 4th. grate has since been stolen.

<description>Another grate has gone missing behind No. 180 Keighley Road overnight.
The Highways Department says this back street is not their responsibility, but as this is a cobbled street that has been there for more than 100 years, I am sure that it is their responsibility.
