They say have not certificate which they did not return last year have to pay, get all documents again then change back because they are so incompetent deliberately delaying they have then change back . Are they going to compensate me for this unreasonable mean wastage of time.ALL DAY TODAY What is going on used to do in 5 min flat .Why is DLA refusing to send copy of certificate when receiving Higher rate DLA yet no Motobility because had a backlog .
