I for one am sick and tired of walking out of my gate and into dog excrement. It's absolutely filthy, and goodness knows what bacteria ios being trodden into the houses. Little concern shown by council - we don't see a dig warden. Street, pavement etc is not cleaned. Get your act together Pendle Council and show us some action, just talking about the problem does not solve it!
