SCC have taken some action e.g. wooden posts to block vehicle incursion but this has been only partially successful.In the three ares I have identified to SCC there are areas where the verge has been completely destroyed due to deliberate and repeated vehicle incursion, this is deliberate vandalism. The fabric and appearnace of the village is being blighted and SCC`s failure to tackle this problem is unacceptable and at variance with its public policy on protecting verges as detailed on its own website.
