Bags of rubbish constantly left on footpath, 2nd July

There are 4 houses in Nesbit Court, Bewbush, who's back gates enter onto Ransome Close. The residents of these houses regularly leave their rubbish (not appropriate to be taken away by the binmen) outside their back gates which remains there for weeks. Currently there are 8 bin bags that have been left on the path in Ransome Close, outside the back gate of 1 Nesbit Court, for approx 5 weeks. This is a small road and most of our houses face this 'dumping ground'. This has happened many times. Perhaps a letter could be sent to the residents reminding them not to leave their rubbish in our street but to take it to the tip.

I have been riding my horse down Marles Lane for many years But my rides have been spoilt by the rage of the drivers whom live at 'Keepers Cottage'. On numerous occasions, Friends of mine and I have been given such little time to get on to the 'verge' by a small VW car. After my experience of this I was very distressed and concerned for other walkers and riders or worse still, people with dogs or children.

Loose/very noisy manhole cover, 2nd June

A manhole cover in the road outside my property is loose and rattles and bangs every time a vehicle drives over it. This will need to be repaired as manhole covers in the highway belong to the Public Utility companies who have a duty to maintain and repair damaged and broken plant. The local authority will need to inform the Utility company of the defective cover.

Numerous potholes, 31st May

There is a cluster of potholes here, some quite large that are getting deeper by the day. Repairs seem to have been done a large number of times here, presumabley because this is the section of the close where vehicles turn around (and suffers more stress as a result).

Badly lifted paving slabs, 29th May

On the corner of Albery House near the Shelly fountain, and next to the blue Metal cabinet attached to the side of Wilkinsons, the paving has lifted VERY badly. By at least 2-3 inches. This is a BIG trip hazard and should at least be cordoned off.

I am a regular walker up and down Marles Lane, and I have noticed a deterioration in the state of the derelict barn indicated on the map. Rubbish and what looks likes hazardous chemical containers are strewn across the ground which is unkempt and quite an eyesore. This is combined with the disgusting state of the garden of Leverance Farm which has mountains of rubbish and derelict equipment

Cars are continually parked, as to block the access to the garages sited at the end of the close.

Junction Greenway / Rushams Road, 14th May

The road surface has completely eroded to the concrete substructure. When it rains large areas fill with water making the hazard less visible to road users and especially cyclists. This large area has gradually become worse over the last two years and is now a significant danger.

Grass being ruined, 14th May

There is a resident of the birches in three bridges crawley, who constantly parks on the grass verge outside of her house when she could park in a space near her house. this is damaging the grass and causing dips/dents in the grass, so when it gets wet it gets worse and the grass can not grow back, this lady is constantly a problem and sometimes stops people using the pathway for public use.

There are a small contingent of people who consistently park on the grass verges at this location. There are now visible trails across the verge ruining there appearace. There was also an instances of the pavement being blocked for pedestrians

Drain cover, 13rd May

The drain cover is completely destroyed by cars driving away from doctors surgery on the path a partially sighted person or child might not see the trip hazard

Amberley Road road surface wearing away (down to base hardcore in some places). Large potholes cause damage to car tyres, suspension etc. Road used by heavy goods vehicles delivering to WRVS Meals on Wheels at scout hut
