<description>The council is now in the process of creating a path down the hillside beside this stream and so have dealt with the problem; hopefully it is now permanently solved

<description>Someone from Engineering Projects rang to say there were 'on the case', but the area was so wet that they could not inspect properly. It has rained even more since then and the whole area is becoming ever more waterlogged. I am beginning to suspect they are not trying very hard to fix it!
