The rubbish sheds serving the Orchards are disgusting, it is quite clear that regular and obligatory collection of rubbish domestic and recycling has not occured as per the councils regulated cycle. Also it is clear from the rubbish that fly tipping is occuring.

Trip hazard in pavement, 14th May

There is a dip in the pavement outside number 1 Churchward gardens - The hole is about 20cm sq and dips enough that someone could trip and fall if it is not re covered with tarmac.This dip is very near to an inspection cover.

Street light - out, 14th May

The Street light - number 1 is out at the junction with Stanier way and Churchward gardens. This makes the area very dark and more vulnerable in terms of security.

3 Industrial bins, 12th May

I reported these bins left out on the road a few months back,I was told I would be contacted with a update or what the out come of the council's inspection would be,still nothing has happened,I have since left rat poison out due to 8 or more rats being spotted,there is a old For Sale sign and carboard now scattered around the bin area.These bins are also blocking the foot path as well as the road due to a few over grown bushes,I have been told somebody has been seen looking at the area outside the flats.Can you provide me with a update of the out come of my first complaint.

Since new shelter built water runs through it like a stream every time we have heavy rain,so you can't use it. this is the shelter opposite side of road from cutway from laburnam road

3 industrial bins, 2nd March

There are 3 industrial bins permantly left on the road which belong to the residents in Claudine court.These bins are unsightly,attracting rats and cause obstruction to get out of my drive.The council have informed me this is illegal but nothing has been done after several complaints.

Flooded road due to blocked road gully, 20th January

SE Gas has been excavating their pipes in a renewal project for all properties in Priestwood Close but in the process the road gully at the junction of PC with Pine Drive has become blocked with mud/earth from their excavations and the road is flooded.

Large Bump in Road, 19th January

There is a large and deep bump across one side of the road, the side heading towards the country park/bitterne. It causes a loud bang when travelling over it. This is just passed a small mid-road island.

Persistent potholes despite repairs, 6th January

There are persistently potholes appearing in this area despite them being regularly filled in. This section of road (approx 200m either side of the 'purple pin') urgently requires proper resurfacing and not more pothole repairs.

Smashed glass - bus shelter, 19th November

Bus shelter, top end of Maunsell Way near the junction with peppercorn way.The lower panes at either end of this bus shelter are smashed with some residual shards of glass still in the frames, posing a danger to the public. This occurred before 17th Nov as this was when I first noticed it while walking my son to school
