Connifers grown past street light, 21st January

Conifers in garden are growing out of control and have now grown past the street light and therefore the light is no use and the street is dark
Also, he has dumped a sofa and 2x beds in his front garden which have been there for months and must be attracting mice/rats by now. He has built 3 dog runs in his side garden with no planning or drainage and the stench is terrible. the dogs stand in their own waste all day and night. they bark and howl all day and night.
I would like to remain anon as he is not a nice person to talk to.

Lack of grit bin, 3rd January

Tunstall grange is a large new build estate where all streets are built upon steep banks. Due to the recent snow these roads are now impassible. The entire estate has to share only a single grit bin. This has not been refilled since the recent snow and is now empty. The estate requires a 2nd grit bin and for both bins to be filled. At the moment should emergency services require entry to the estate then they would not be able to.

Grit bin, 2nd January

Residents of brisbane street , as we live on a bank, find it impossible to get out of our street in our cars, often missing days at work, as taxis cannot access our street either.
A grit bin would be the only solution, as it is only a matter of time before there is a (avoidable) accident.

Barking and Fouling, 13th October

THere is a Yorkie dog which is allowed to run loose every day to wander the estate. It poos everywhere and barks almost constantly at neighbouring dogs, people and anything else that moves. I have twice seen it wander onto Wiltshire road and sit there blocking traffic. The barking normally starts around 8:00 or 9:00am and goes on for ages. In particular, it likes to bark at the dogs in the gardens of my neighbours on Winslow Close. This is a daily occurance and getting very old.

Work has recently been done to upgrade the road surface from the main road - Sea Lane - up to Seaburn Gardens. Can someone please tell me why the new surface has stopped where it has. Why has the rest of the surface up to Shipley Avenue and into Seaburn Close not been done. When is it planned to be done?
