The lamp has at last been replaced and is no longer lit 24/7. HOWEVER it was installed leaning even further than the old lamp. Requests to refit have been accepted but only after protracted discussions with Brighton & Hove City Council. I am told it will be fixed asap. To date it is not fixed.

Is lit 24/7 and has been so for three months. The Council are unable to switch off
