It's done, they fixed it! Happened to see the van outside after they'd finished the job.

I did both, they emailed me back saying it'll be fixed by the 16th. What a good citizen I am for reporting the fault :) Heh.

I thnk you can use this form to report lights on Simon. I used it and the light was repaired withn a few days http://norfolkstreetlighting.amey.co.uk/
