I have been informed by the Council that the LEB are responsible for the repairs and notices that the faults were reported have been placed on 2 lamp posts in the vicinity; BUT when they will be repaired is anyones guess now it's summer and the dark nights are shorter.

There is a notice on the lamp post that the problem has been reported.
