Updates on Bins on pavement all the time

i am not sure wether they are the same problems .. there is a lewisham council recycling point juts near here, across the road , and this is what i complianed about i.e. its turned into a rubbish dump and flytipping takes place

i have written to the cvouncil about this, spoke to them, and brought it up at local democ meeting thing! and still no change... im glad someone else is concerned, what more can we do?
