Kingswood road bin carnage .. Friday was bin day for much of this area but collection was Saturday and incomplete. Side rubbish wasn't taken though most of the households involved students. And some e.g. Kingswood not done at all.

This house has been in a state for 30 years and really bad for 10 years. Squatters for 2 months .. Need to enforce heavily on owner. He has another house or flat nearby. Mr Briscoe .. 60 years ish. Says he cannot maintain it. Time to CPO it. 91 Kingswood Rd I think it is. There should be a file.

27 green street .. Concern in the area that a breeze block side extension and also a ? Structure at back of house being erected without pp or if permitted basic courtesy of discussion with neighbours. Not the car port which was mentioned to neighbour who is frail person. Looks like extension and not even garage as entry blocked up. Currently c 4 courses of breeze blocks high
