Trucks hitting verge & traffic islands, 2nd July

Ever since the traffic islands were placed on Wood Lane, Trucks, especially the larger ones are frequently hitting them, causing large amounts of noise each time, causing a nuisence to local residents. Please could this be rectified. Thank you.

Speeding, 2nd July

50 miles per hour limit, yet many cars are doing over 70. Some sort of traffic calming measures are needed, speed camera or mobile camera site to be situated. Thanks.

Hedges need cutting back, 2nd July

Access to footpath is restricted due to overgrown hedges and hedgerows. Thanks

Dangerous road surface, 30th June

From the point indicated on the blind corner just out of Biddlesdon the road repair that was done a few years ago has settled causing a road surface which when on on motorcycle is very dangerous. You have to go into the pothole to avoid oncoming traffic which are unseen due to bend. this is on the side of the road coming towards Buckingham from Biddlesdon.The surface further down the road after Abbey Farm Cottages and before the blind bridge is of also doubtful condition this damage is caused by the HGV's going to the grain dryer at Westbury.If an engineer would like to visit I am more than happy to help.

It is hard to pull out of Fennels Rd onto King's Rd due to blue van blocking view on left hand side. The van never moves so it is a constant nuisance making the junction dangerous. We have just managed to get Saunders' recovery vehicle moved from this position as it was blocking the view and now this van is blocking the view instead!

One-way sign on 29 Castle Street, 12th June

This sign is rusting and untidy and needs renovation or removal. It detracts from the appearance of this conservation area. The pillar should be cleaned and repainted, or the sign removed altogether. I recommend the latter course, as the sign is directed at local traffic exiting Parsons Fee, much of which ignores it in order to access premises in the lower part of Castle Street. A left-pointing arrow marked on the road surface of Parsons Fee would be an adequate substitute.

Gomm Road/A40, 9th June

The roundabout has been removed from the junction of the A40 & Gomm Road since Thursday and the new traffic lights are there but not yet working. There are no road markings on the junction which is making things extremely dangerous if you are trying to turn off Gomm Road onto the A40. When will the new road signs be put into place, and why cant there be temporary ones in the meantime? There will be a serious accident here if something isnt done.

More Pot holes, 6th June

Top of Hazel Way, and along Vine Road, too many to mention. They are everywhere, on every road. How sad that our roads are the laughing stock of Europe!

Manhole cover supporting tarmac eroded, 31st May

In from of 73/75 Broad Street Chesham, HP5 3EA there is a manhole cover that has had the supporting tarmac eroded. This should be repaired..

Drug dealing, 30th May

Three is drug dealing in the car park of Westgate Court. Thi shas been reported to the police on several occasions, but it is still happening.

Path obstructed/damaged., 27th May

Over growth of shrubs and hedging are beginning to block the footpath at a number of points leading out from Buckingham. further out, the path is still in a very poor condition due to vehicular damage.

Sunken manhole cover on the bend as you head northbounds is very dangerous to powered two-wheelers.

Danger to cyclists, 19th May

The aaproach to the rear of Waitrose has very poor road surfaces near the junction with Duke St. A cyclist has to ride on the opposite side of the road to avoid them.

This road is so uneven that I fear an accident will happen soon to a cyclist such as myself. In addition it is double parked & so poorly lit at night that potholes would be even more difficult to avoid.

Conditions of roads, 1st May

The roads in the general location of Ashley Green are appalling, particularly Two Dells Lane at the Ashley Green end. They are so bad as to consitute a genuine hazard, particularly to cyclists and motor cyclists.

Entire pavement blocked off, 25th April

The pavement on the corner of Oxford Avenue and Cambridge avenue has been uneven and sectioned off for months now. It would be nice to be able to walk down the footpath without having to walk round on the road. Thank you

Pothole, 24th April

Pothole(S) near the church, driving down Two Dells Lane is like driving down some third world road at present. Can these be sorted (properly not bodged) please.
