Abandoned Rubbish on Street, 15th July

The previous tenants of 20 Dartmoor Street have left a large amount of rubbish on the street. We have been through the waste collection 2 week cycle and it is clear that it will not be collected as part of the normal collection. In addition, the landlord of 20 Dartmoor Street has made no attempt to clear this rubbish.

Please can it be arranged for the rubbish to be removed as it is blocking the street and a health hazard in this warm weather.

Overgrown Grass Verge, 12th July

The council ensure that the green area near the allotments is mowed and neat. However as Whittock Road proceeds to Whittock square the grass verge is left to its own, it is out of control and looks very untidy. It has been this way for approx 2 years. It has recently become a haven for dumping unwanted childrens bikes and carpets -Please tidy our verge!!

Black boxes not put back, 9th July

Usually when the black recycling boxes are emptied they are returned to vaguely near where they were put out for collection. Over the past two weeks however they seem to be left all over the place. Yesterday I couldn't find the box I had put out and had to use another one which was lying around spare from the previous week. Could the collectors be encouraged to leave the boxes reasonably near where they picked them up as they have always done in the past?

Pavements and no help from Parking Services, 7th July

Cars parked on pavements on both sides of the road. This is damaging the pavement and on some mornings I cannot walk along either pavement. I looked on the Council website which told me to contact parking services (makes sense). I contacted them and it transpires that it is the wrong kind of parking problem for parking services to deal with.
