I have a foot path running through my land and users constantly allow their dogs to walk freely and foul my garden and public foot path and also the feilds(royshaw hill) above my land. can their be signs to stop this and to keep dogs on leads while on the path. thankyou darren

Drain pipes, 10th June

I live on redlam that backs onto selborne street blackburn and seen the gent that lives 15 selborne st dump his old drain pipes out side my back gate as he has had new ones fitted

Verge needs attenion, 4th April

The verge on Ainsdale Avenue needs urgent attention due to skip lorries, vans & refuse collection lorries driving over it, and tearing it up. The verge needs repairing in numerous places and I think metal bollards should be erected (like at the bottom of Ainsdale adjacent to the police station). This is a recent problem (12-18 months) and is due to lazyness of drivers rather than their ability to pass vehicles slowly & carefully. There has been little problem in the 12 years preceeding this that I've lived here.

Lots of litter, 4th April

There is lots of litter along Broadhead Road, and on Plantation Road, including some dumped flourescent tubes.

A blue toilet has been dumped on Plantation Road, near Edgworth.

Rubbish bags, 31st March

I have reported these people a cuple of weeks ago regarding fly tipping the concil came to remove the rubbish and they have today thrown household waste outside there back gate there has already been rats sighted the people who are doing it live at 66 redlam blackburn

Polution in environment owned by BWDBC, 21st March

The river bed is full of litter of every kind. It is not looked after by the council who own the land. We have complained many times but they have refused to sort it out.

Dog fouling is out of control on our street!, 11th February

Numerous people letting their dogs foul on the footpath everyday all the way up the footpath and on bishopstone close, we have to walk on the road to make sure we don't step in any as it is getting that bad, people just let there dogs do there buisness and watch them do it then they walk away, there are poeple who let there dogs walk around the street off there leads while there are yound children around.

Car, 10th February

Red vaxhall astra estate car. Reg G41 VFS. This vehicle has been left in an undrivable condition. Untaxed,for several months. causing problems for two fire engines, ambulances and various other essential service vehicles,recently visiting the area.

Lots of dog mess, 6th December

A particular dog is messing the back alley behind Willis road. The back is a right state as it is.

One lamp is completely out, another flicks on and off all night. this has been reported several times and still not fixed.

Dog Fouling, 29th November

We have office on site and there is repeated dog foulding on the road grass verges.

Recurring incidents of dog fouling, 25th November

There were 15 piles of dog mess on this footpath last Sunday. (Four piles today, it has been raining though). It is a well used footpath and a route to school.Could something please be done to ensure that dog owners pick up the dog mess.

Nuisence dog fouling , 11th November

We are getting most annoyed at the Daily dog fouling on the grass at 'right of way' entrance to garage plot 3 and garden plot 2.We remove several'packets' up in a week [done on a daily basis of three or four]. We have scattered 'Keep Off' deterrant which costs us in the region of £5 each week.We can't spend that! and the wet weather soon washes it away. If we dont scoop up daily ,we can scoop up to 14 'packets' in one go.|Any visitors or ourselves who park their car are stepping in it and also children play in this area most days weather permitting.Please can you help by inspecting the fouled area and issuing Legal notices. Thankyou.

Light, 1st November

I have recently moved in to Wain Court and found that we have never had a street light, i find it very difficult especially now as it is getting darker day by day, we have Seven houses in our row and at night we all have to carry a torch. I find it very difficult especially with an Eight Month Old Baby.

Rubbish on footpath, 6th September

The path running up from Preston New Road opposite the petrol station is full of rubbish, as are the bushes in between the path and the road.
