Potholes on the roundabout, 2nd July

The surface of the roundabout at Summers Lane and Woodhouse Road junctions needs to be resurfaced.

Zebra crossing is ineffective, 2nd July

The zebra crossing is ineffective in the mornings because cars fail to stop even though pedestrians have stepped onto the zebra crossing. The situation is particulary bad when crossing from the Schoolway side of Woodhouse Road because cars/vans parked on the bend obstruct the drivers view pedestrians waiting to cross.

Garden fouling, 28th June

Have had repeated fouling of my front lawn by unknown dog/cat.

Black Taxi, 25th June

The taxi has been sitting outside number 72 Francklyn Gardens (opposite side of street)for about 4 weeks, and has not moved - none of the neighbours know who it belongs to or where it has come from

Recycling, 19th June

The recycling operatives consistently drop items put out for recycling up and down Bramber Road as they load the lorry. This negates much of the efforts of residents who then have to tidy up. Please improve training and remind staff of their responsibilities.

Tetherdown and down the hill, 18th June

I'm a cyclist. Going down the hill from Muswell Hill via Tetherdown is horrible. Potholes and road patches are everywhere. It's also obvious that the last time this stretch of road was resurfaced cars were still parked at the side because there are noticable ridges along the road.

White Sherpa Van, 18th June

For over a week, there has been a white sherpa van packed on Chislehurst Avenue near to the junction of Holdenhurst Avenue. The registration is P328 D0P. The van is used by people to sleep in; mostly by Asian people who appear to speak very little English. The white van is often joined by a man in a dark blue Ford Mondeo, reg T828 AUA.

No collections - Ever !, 16th June

Have had a black box since Nov 2007 - has never been emptied. All the houses in Mulberry Close and the 5 houses in Alexander Close are still without any recycling despite requests.

Dangerous, 14th June

The road has worn away tarmac and potholes which are dangerous to road users.

Pavements, 9th June

Since our lovely street fair (french foods and clothes) the pavements, particularly outside budgens and Iceland) are disgustingly grubby and need a jet wash. It shouldn't take long, but that particular area looks so dirty where people have spilt drinks and food etc, it really lets our street down.

Accident - damage to railing on crossing, 9th June

On 5 June there was a serious accident at this (school) crossing which has left an essential railing, damaged and uprooted. This is a school crossing and must be maintained please.

Stolen Drain Hole Covers, 5th June

2 x Drain Hole covers on Amber Grove have been stolen causing a serious hazard to motorists, cyclists and possibly pedestrians. The drain holes are situated on the actual road in front of 1 Amber Grove. The picture attached shows only 1 of the drain holes thx

Fingerposts pointing in wrong direction, 4th June

The fingerpost that directs pedestrians to the nearest mainline railway station on the corner of Barnet Hill and Fairfield Way, next to the LUL railway bridge is pointing in the wrong way. The nearest mainline railway station is along Station Road. It's also interesting to consider which part of Barnet the cycle route sign refers to, since I wouldn't think of it as being in the same direction as Whetstone from this point.

Traffic Calming Measures, 1st June

Since Manor View has been resurfaced the lane markings and mini-roundabouts have not been reinstated. Now the road is being used as a rat run with drivers whizzing through at excessive speeds and with little regard for their road positioning. As a result there have been numerous near misses involving both motorists and pedestrians. PLEASE sort this out before someone gets seriously or fatally injured.

Traffic calming needed - Cranbrook Road EN4, 30th May

Cars travelling much too fast down this road. Road isn't wide enough to give people time to pull out of driveways safely in light of how fast vehicles are travelling road. Wing mirrors are constantly being knocked off and there have been accidents in this road. There will be more if something isn't done. We are about to have a baby and are pretty worried about the road.

Fingerpost needs pointing in correct direction, 28th May

The fingerpost giving cycle directions to Brent Cross and Hendon on the corner of Hendon Park and Shirehall Lane is pointing in the wrong direction, presumably it's been vandalised. Could someone with a step-ladder point it in the correct direction, and secure it? I worked out that the most sensible direction to Brent Cross from that point was along Shirehall Road, and that the most sensible route to Hendon was across the park

Cycle track near Gordon Road overgrown, 28th May

The short section of cycle track from Gordon Road to the corner of Dollis Road is completely overgrown and unusable. Could someone clear the fallen and overhanging branches?

Multiple potholes and uneven surface on Crescent Road, 28th May

Crescent Road is in really poor shape. There are multiple potholes and a very uneven road surface.

Missing access hole cover on storm drain / sewer in Gordon Road, 27th May

There is a combined storm drain / sewer access cover missing in Gordon Road, leaving a large hole for people/cyclists/dogs to fall down. Could you get Thames Water to replace the missing cover before someone gets hurt?
