Speeding, 15th February

Cars, lorries and HGVs speeding in 30 mph area worst at commute times, 6am to 10am and 4pm to 7.30pm. Hard to tell but some of them seem to be travelling at nearly twice the speed limit. Has got worse since the bypass opened. Less volume but more speed.

Fairford Leys Football Fields, 17th January

It appears that a number of dog owners who walk their dogs at the football field don't realise that if dog-owner uses public areas they must clear up after their dogs.

Clearer signage is needed warning of the Penalty fines on every access point on to the Football Fields and along the boundary fencing.

Don't have a dog if you can't be responsible!

The corner of Dickens Way and Bicester Road has become a secondhand car forecourt. The police will act if pressurized to do so, but on the whole are not really interested, despite the danger posed by people stopping at such a busy junction and crossing point.

Dangerous Parking, 15th November

The corner of Great Meadow Way (Before Eye Close) is becoming increasingly dangerous in regards to being unable to see around the corner due to cars obstructing/parking in an inappropriate way.

This has resulted in a number of near misses even when driving with extreme caution around the area.

Is there anything that can be done about parking on Bends or Dangerous Parking ?

Antisocial and dangerous parking, 26th October

People at Rixons Meadow use Howletts Close as their own personal car park. They park on the corner and on a bend so sometimes it is impossible to see round or even get out of the close. Very dangerous as children live here!Turhnam Way is now nearly impossible to get down as cars park where they please and on the bend. Again very dangerous!

Sinage Neede, 23rd October

It appears that a number of dog owners don't realise that if dog-owner uses public areas they must clear up after their dogs.

The penalty for not clearing up dog fouling is up to £1,000. There is also provision for a fixed penalty scheme with a fine of £50.

Clearer signage is needed on every access point on to the path along the edge of Fairford Leys and even on some lamp posts.

There are a number of people that literally just walk to the path (not far enough to bins located in each direction) let there dog foul then walk straight home with out clearing up. Don't have a dog if you can't be responsible!
