Road surface has broken up

The road surface is extensively cratered on the west side of the road for a fair distance along the frontage of the allotments. Control of a vehicle, even at 30mph, is compromised by the extent of the cratering. The road just to the south of the affected area is used for parking at school opening & closing times due to its close proximity to the lower school. It's an accident waiting to happen.
