Stuck at Red

The lights are stuck at red causing a large tail back into Worple road and cars jumping the lights. This is the second time i have reported the same set of lights in the past year.

Passed to Travel for London (TfL) who are responsible for traffic lights.

Well now the whole road ha been dug up so I think they are reolacing the lights and changing the road layout
