Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Blaby District Council 3 minutes later

The verges between Treaty Road and Pennant Close, have been run over, and all you can see is mud, on quite a few verges in the immediate vacinity, which I think have been caused by a bus, but obviously I am not sure
