Litter on MytrtlePark Woodland Footpath

This is the second time I have reported this. Its EASY to find and I cannot for the life of me understand why the council has not done their duty and cleared it up. There is a Public Footpath running from the Footbridge in Myrtle Park Right up to the top of Harden Road near St Ives. I have definitely marked it correctly on this map. Where the footpath enters the wood it is stepped up a hillside. The whole path is badly littered but it is VERY bad at the top of the hill where the footpath exits onto Harden Road. There is even a car bumper there. I have taken a dozen photos of the litter today. Come on Bradofrd Council get out there and do your legal civic duty and clear this up please.
