Several potholes

Many potholes all along Emmanuel Road, mainly around the pedestrian crossing between Christ's Pieces and New Square. Also ones outside #2, at the intersection with Earl St, and outside the church (near Victoria St).

The problems north of the pedestrian crossing have been fixed; submitting a new problem for the others.
