Dog fouling

22 Bosley View: This morning I removed 6 separate dog deposits from the front lawn at our property. Because the estate is open-plan, our lawn seems to be treated as public land. Whether or not this is the case, all dog mess should be cleared by their owners and not left in situ. There are several dog fouling notices on lamp posts, but they are obviously ignored. We presume this is happening either late at night or early in the morning when the perpetrators are walking their dogs and cannot be seen. What can we, or you, do about it?
