Dog fouling on the street

We have a lot of elder people that take their dogs for walks in the early hours of the morning, a lot of them walk directly past our house and for some reason they let their dog poo right along our garden wall or at the top of our drive and do not dispose of it, it has many times now over the past year. it doesnt seem to happen anywhere else on our street just outside along our wall, it is starting to get really annoying as we are having to dogde dog poo everytime we get in and out of our car
