Road Surface Breaking Up - Large chunks left on carriageway

On the section of new link road at Portlethen, northbound between the Portlethen underpass & the first pedestrian crossing the whole road surface has started to break up - leaving big chunks of tar strewn across the road surface. This is resulting in cars having to brake sharpely/swerve to avoid these chunks of tar & resulting hole in the road. This is a dangerous situation & requires urgent rectification before there is a serious accident/damage to cars.
