Rubbish in LCC Garden

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 15:18, Fri 26 February 2010
Sent to Leeds City Council 2 minutes later

No. 157 Roundhay Road is I think owned by Leeds City Council, and the back yard is filling yet again with rubbish which attracts rats and looks disgusting.

This has happened periodically at this property for several years now, and the front garden is covered in rubbish/litter too.
