Traffic Light timings

When approaching these lights from Smallfield road, and queuing to turn right onto the Balcombe Road, heading North direction, we are only permitted approx 10 seconds, or typically 3 or 4 cars, less even if the person in front of the queue is not quick off the mark. All other directions appear to get far longer than us, please correct the timings.

After some emails back and forth, today coming home I noticed the pattern has changed completely, I was taken aback when it was green for us turning right and for going straight on and left. I was only 2nd in queue so not able to tell yet if this is a major improvement. Although the Mrs said it was no different to her today. Will update at the end of the week.

Last time travelling through appeared ok, however I no longer travel this route.
