Pot holes and uneven road surface

I cycle down this road everyday ( as do a lot of cyclists) and it's becoming increasing dangerous at the side due to the number of pot holes and uneven surfaces made worst by the road works (mainly pipeline) taking place. Really dangerous and holes need to be fixed before there's an accident.
