Rubbish bags dumped by tree

Sent to Croydon Borough Council less than a minute later

Daily dumping of black bags, outside Cappadocia restaurant. Firstly worth checking if the restaurant is dumping these bags which appear from 7pm onwards. They must know who puts them out. Probably from flats again, who do not have adequate Rubbish facilities due to Croydon Council.

This is an ongoing problem for over 2.5 yrs. The council do not provide bins for the flats so the people in the flats put there rubbish out daily. Croydon Council.
