Severe Flooding - Safety Issue

This morning there is water more than half way across the 'new link road' at Portlethen. This has been reported several times over the last six months to a year & gets worse every time there is heavy rain - so probably at least 12 times in the last six months. As far as I can see nobody has bothered to deal with it. It is on a road, so presumably is the responsibility of the roads department? If not & it is still the responsibility of Stewart Milne - then you need to tell them? I am now going to report this to Grampian Police as it is also a road safety issue. It may not be marked in exactly the right place on the map - as they are out of date, but it won't be hard to find if you put someone out. There is an easy fix - either new drains in the field or repair those probably damaged by the roads construction.
