Very slow reacting pedestrian lights

The pedestrian lights take a long time to change after the button is pressed. This does not benefit anyone. Pedestrians often cross before the green man shows and drivers are stopped wondering why the lights are red. This is by Aldi on Chester Rd

Checked with system and maintenance contractors 1.3.10. A unit attended and checked the lights but no fault was found.
