Wall blocks view of oncoming traffic

Sent to Leeds City Council 5 minutes later

When coming down Leopold Street onto Spencer place on my bike, the wall of the medical centre blocks the view to my right of traffic coming (often very fast) off Roundhay Road up Spencer Place towards me.

You can see over the wall if you look very early, but then the wall has a silly "scoop" in it to make it much higher for the last few metres, blocking a crucial view of oncoming traffic.

This hasn't been fixed yet, but I guess it might take a while to speak to the PCT etc about rebuilding their wall.

No reply received from Highways yet.
