CAN THE BINS FROM 40-52 SAUNDERS NOT BE COLLECTED FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BACK STREET(40,SAUNDERS)(CHATBURN ST END)TO GIVE US A BREAK FROM BAGS CONTINUOUSLY BEING DUMPED NEAR MY FRONT GATE.

Ther records showed it had been moved when it was still there.But got moved after another phonecall

SAME SPOT.BIN(171)PUT OUT BY 42 SAUNDERS LEFT WITH NOTICE ON .THIS WOMAN HAS 2 BINS ,ONE SHE STOLE OFF ME THE OTHER FROM DOWNHAM STREET.she will say the bin isnt hers .can the bin be removed.
