Persistent dog fouling

Hi, A number of people have noticed the increase of dog fouling in the Silkstone area. The worst area is the High Street, but this morning it has been noticed on Broadgates, Martin Croft and Towngate. Can anything be done about this ? Perhaps regular parols ?

The problem has improved for the time being after a leaflet drop by the council warning people of fines etc.
