Missing drain covers on Low Wortley ring road

There are 2 missing drain covers on the Low Wortley ring road between Matalan and the ford garage. These have left large holes which are very dangerous and would not be visible in the dark. They are on the side of the road that matalan is on, but further down the road towards the garage. Thank you for your assistance.

These holes have been filled with tarmac and are now safe.
