Abandoned pedal cycles in Bedford Square

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later

There is an abandoned bicycle chained to a lamp post close to the railings of Bedford Square gardens and opposite number 22. It has been there since mid-December. There are the skeletal remains of another in the cycle parking hoops outside number 30.
