Hollingbury Rd Lighting

The vast majority of the streetlights on hollingbury road in Brighton have been off since friday 19th feb. The only exceptions are three street lamps at the bottom end of the road (upper hollingdean road end) and a few at the fiveways end. The entire rest of the road is in darkness.
