Noise from the Green Dragon pub

The drinkers who smoke and shout outside the Green Dragon pub (and in its beer garden) make life unbearable in Water Street for those unfortunate enough to live within earshot of the pub. I have lived in the street for several years. No care is taken by the pub to make sure that drinkers respect the peace.

When spring finally arrives the people who frequent the pub will claim this space as their own, ruining the tranquility of the area with their noise and refusal to respect the fact that the pub in a residential area.
