Potholes in Benwell Road (again)

I've previously reported the bad road surface on Benwell Road, and was told that it will be resurfaced after the Queensland Rd devt. but there are now some quite deep potholes that have appeared since the cold weather. There are at least half a dozen spanning the length of the cycle lane from the Emirates Stadium to the junction of Drayton Park. Please can these be filled to avoid injurt to cyclists?

The many crevices are still there, but I'm getting better at weaving around them.
we have big rats in our bin store which no bait has been used in binstore even though several flats have now been infested due to the unregular bin collection. as bin men dont want to take the rubbish due to the infestion of rats.also some of the neighbours are just dumping there rubbish out on the street at night
