Dog foul on public footpath and home access

Outside our access gate and garage and also on the grass opposite our gateway. I put up a polite notice and since it has got worse.

I was sent a message stating that the lane is a private lane and therefore not a council problem, however, the dog warden contacted me and visited. I was given a sign to erect. The dog warden gave advice and will leaflet if the problem is not resolved.
