Uneven road surface

Due to work carried out in november 2008 and three attempts to make good, we are still feeling vibrations through out our house when heavy vehicles pass over the raised road surface . We have noticed cracks in our walls and our floors have creaks where the joists and floor boards have moved , i am not an engineer so that is my opinion , this has been going on now for 15 months and its not getting any better , its the damage to our property that is my concern .
